As a website owner you might wanna show people a message stating that you are working on site . Instead of showing annoying message like.
So instead of showing that we can show a customized message to user.
This is how we can achieve it .
1)Host your App on IIS.
2)create a file with named as "App_offline.htm" and place this html file on the main folder. And add the message you wish to Add.
3)And the next time user make a request . He will see your cutomize message on screen . To undo the same work . Delete the file App_offline.htm from your hosted folder. And you web will be live as like before.
